Partner Patricia Lusoli moderated a roundtable hosted by ABPI on August 28th.
This roundtable examined how non-traditional marks can be protected within the boundaries of Brazilian Trademark Law, focusing on the methods of graphic representation; possible improvements of the publication standards at the Official Gazette and the INPI website; and on the criteria commonly used in the examination of such marks.
