Partner Cristina Guerra Spoke at Global Intellectual Property Law Symposium
Partner Cristina Guerra to join a panel of IP professionals from six countries, as well as representatives from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization to discuss the international value of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. She will answer questions and discuss the value of patents, trademarks, and copyrights in their countries, and how the various world regions act together to protect inventors and entrepreneurs globally.
The symposium will be moderated by Richard Gearhart, Esq., founder and partner at Gearhart Law, who will ask the panelists questions and allow each of them to discuss the business and IP climate in their countries. The panel will then be open to questions from the audience.
